Reflection: what I plan to do to improve my health is start being active and get more sleep at night. I also need to get up more later to have a better health threw out the day, I need to stop stressing out in a lot of things that are going on in my life but sometimes its hard but I guess im going to need to stop also never smoke in my whole life because then it could give me a heart attack and more that I have heart problems. But with eating I really don't have a problem because I eat a lot but I have a fast metabolism so I really don't get that fat, if I were to get fat im going to need to maintain a healthy body and be in shape. :)
