Duties and Responsibilities:

The clinic Manager is responsible for the supervision, direction and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the clinic. These individuals are responsible for ensuring quality patient care and maintaining a smooth work flow. Being successful in this field normally requires a person with extensive medical knowledge, leadership skills and an empatheic nature.

Educational Requirements:

To become a Clinical Manager u must graduate from an accredited school of nursing. A CPR certificate is also required. Two or more years proven supervisor experience. You also need to have experience in a public health preferred.
